We operate a ticketless system. Availability on site

Unless previously sold out, wristbands will be available to purchase on arrival. However, we do have a limit and, when that has been reached, the doors will be shut. To avoid disappointment, we reccomend that they are purchased well in advance.

Entry & Security

Entry to the Festival area, including the camping areas, will be through the main front entrance only and only to those in possesion of the appropriate wristband, which must be worn at all times. No wristband, no entry! Festival goers must adhere to any instructions given to them by Festival Stewards.

Alcoholic Beverages

Tamworth Bluegrass Festival is licensed to sell alcohol, to be consumed in the Hall, Bar or in its own grounds. Festival goers are allowed to consume their own food and drink in the grounds, but under no circumstances must they take their own food and drink into the Hall or Bar area, which includes the grassed area outside the concert room. Please remember that we are a not for profit organisation and we rely on beer and food sales to help keep the festival going.

Pets

Well behaved dogs are allowed, but must be kept on a leash at all times. Please ensure any mess made by them is cleared up immediately.

Disabled Facilities
The venue is wheelchair friendly and has its own disabled facilities. We have a reserved area for Blue badge Motorhome/Campervans owners. To reserve a pitch, contact us by using our messaging system on our Festival or Ticket page and let us have your details.

Weather

All entertainment is held indoors in the the Village Hall itself. Subsequently, the festival is not affected by the weather, as most outdoor festivals are.
